Q: Can I design my own doghouse?
A: Of course! We encourage all our customers to create or participate in the design of their furry friend's new home. After all, no one knows your likes and dislikes as well as your dog's like or dislikes better than you. You can give us your ideas, send a picture of a style you like or even send a picture of your home and we can build it to match!
Q: I am not that creative. Do you have styles I can choose from?
A: Miamitown Custom Dog Houses has plenty of existing styles you can choose from.
Q: Do you sell in-stock dog houses?
A: Every now and then we like to try out a new design and may sell an already built house but we mostly just do made-to-order custom pieces.
Q: Do you have a price list?
A: We do not have a fixed price list as most of our dog houses are made-to-order so the prices are always different due to size, materials, extras, etc. After discussing your needs and wish list for your dog house, we will give you a firm price and wait for your approval before we start.
Q: Do you offer heating and cooling systems for your dog houses?
A: We do offer heating and cooling systems, pads etc. Product and pricing information available upon request.
Q: Do I have to pay for my dog house upfront?
A: Since Miamitown Custom Dog Houses makes custom, made-to-order pieces based on your specific wants and needs, we do require a 50% deposit upfront. The balance will be due once your house has been completed.
Q: Will you deliver my dog house?
A: If you live in the Cincinnati Tri-State area, we will deliver your house for a small fee. Fees will be determined upon location and size of the dog house.
Q: Can I order and purchase one of your dog houses if I don't live in the Cincinnati Tri-State area?
A: Anyone, anywhere can order one of our awesome dog houses. You will be responsible for freight charges but we go out of our way to ensure we have the best freight companies with the best prices.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We cannot accept order cancellations on any custom made product after 72 hours of order placement. We are a family business and can't just write off the amount of money it takes to buy the quality materials we purchased for your project.
